"Tom is the best! I just moved to Knoxville for a new job and was looking for some furniture for my small apartment. At the time when the store was about to close, the manager Tom Cook helped me and we found a table set I like a lot. So I decided to take the table set with one table and 2 chairs. I picked the chairs myself but there is no way that the table will fit anywhere in my car. Called again and Tom told me the earliest delivery they can do is 5 days later for 50$ :( Unfortunately I would leave town that day... Tom offered to drop off the table in his highlander when he came to downtown to see a physician!! He even brought the dolly and put the heavy table in my room!!
